Banana Honey-Cashew Breakfast Blast
- 1½ cups SoFresh Cashew Original or Unsweetened
- 2 large bananas
- 1 cup yogurt, plain or vanilla (frozen yogurt also works well)
- ¼ cup clover honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve garnished with fresh berries.
