Choco Almond Granita

  • 3 cups SoFresh Almond Chocolate
  • 4 tbsp agave nectar
  • 4 tsp agar agar powder
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In a blender on high speed, blend the SoFresh Almond, agave nectar and agar agar powder.
  2. Transfer to an ice cream machine and mix for 20 minutes.
  3. Add nuts and mix for another 5 minutes.
  4. Best served within 4- 6 hours of preparation.
