Choco Almond Granita
- 3 cups SoFresh Almond Chocolate
- 4 tbsp agave nectar
- 4 tsp agar agar powder
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- In a blender on high speed, blend the SoFresh Almond, agave nectar and agar agar powder.
- Transfer to an ice cream machine and mix for 20 minutes.
- Add nuts and mix for another 5 minutes.
- Best served within 4- 6 hours of preparation.
