Yammy Mashed Potatoes
- 2 pounds of peeled and cubed yams or sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup SoFresh Almond Unsweetened
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
- Maple Syrup to taste
- Boil yams in water until soft, 15 – 20 minutes.
- Drain water from pot and add all ingredients and mash until smooth.
